Terms of service

Last updated: October 2, 2026. These terms apply to all orders placed on this website, operated by Ihor Martunets, trading as Freshbatch, Ukraine ("Freshbatch", "we").

1. Services

We create short-form video ads using AI-generated and edited content, based on the product information you provide.

2. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars on the order page. Payment is made in cryptocurrency through a third-party payment processor. An order starts once the payment is confirmed.

2a. Referral discount

A one-time referral discount of 25% applies only to the first order of a new client, for orders up to $1,000 (before discounts). It applies once per store and once per email address. A referral code can't be used for the referrer's own store. We may cancel the discount or the order if we detect misuse of referral codes.

3. Delivery

We send scripts for approval within 24 hours after payment and deliver finished ads within 48–72 hours after approval. Delays caused by late approvals or missing materials extend these times.

4. Revisions

Each ad includes 3 rounds of revisions:

• 1 round of regeneration: we re-generate shots, for example a different actor look, scene or product shot.
• 2 rounds of editing changes: cuts, order of scenes, captions, music, voiceover and timing, using the footage already generated.

Further changes, or changes to an already approved script, count as a new order.

5. Usage rights

After full payment you receive the right to use the delivered ads for paid and organic promotion on any platform. We may show the ads in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

6. Your materials

You confirm that you have the right to use the product, brand and materials you send us, and that the product and claims in the ads comply with the laws and advertising policies that apply to you.

7. Results

We do not guarantee specific advertising results, sales or return on ad spend.
