Refund policy

Last updated: October 2, 2026. This policy applies to all orders placed with Ihor Martunets, trading as Freshbatch, Ukraine ("Freshbatch", "we").

If you receive nothing within 3 days

If you paid and haven't received anything from us, neither scripts nor ads, within 3 days after your payment was confirmed, you are entitled to a full refund.

Before we start working

If you cancel before we start writing your scripts, we refund the full amount, minus blockchain network and payment processor fees.

After scripts are started, before production

If you cancel after we have started writing your scripts, but before we begin generating your ads, we refund 50% of the order amount.

After production has started

Once we begin generating your ads, the order is no longer refundable. Every ad includes 1 round of regeneration and 2 rounds of editing changes to make it right.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are sent in the same cryptocurrency to a wallet address you provide, within 5 business days after we confirm the refund.
